INGREDIENTS: Just three!
1 cup milk or “milk-like” liquid
1/2 cup nut butter
2 bananas
1 scoop protein powder (choc fudge, choc peanut butter, or vanilla)
DIRECTIONS: Blend Ingredients.
Other GOOD IDEAS:
If you want a PB&J smoothie, use strawberry protein powder
For 1/2 the calories, substitute PB2 for peanut butter.
