Kelli, Fit Chicks! Head Trainer: “You’re right, and you can do it.  What are your goals,  just for the next 3 months”

Jeannie: “I want to lose weight!”

Kelli: “We’re going to get a little more specific…”


Achieving lasting results requires a 3-Part Plan that focuses on effective fitness, interval cardio and well being.  In another words to get fit and stay fit, doing another diet and crazy exercise class isn’t the answer.  You know that, right?  This is the reason at Fit Chicks! we focus on a ladies’ total being by helping her set S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
