After being greeted by a Fit Chicks team member, you’ll complete a short registration form so we can learn about your goals and understand how to best train you.
3. Experience a Guided Workout
You’ll be guided every step of the way through a Fit Chicks workout that combines modified strength training and interval cardio, designed to work for all fitness levels.
Our team member stays with you the entire time, making sure you feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
